RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on www.limeshop/[●].in (“Store”) subject to the following conditions (15 days replacement guarantee):

1. You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us within 7 days of receipt of the product, in the following circumstances:

a. defective/incorrect product replacement

b. return/cancellation of a product you no longer want

c. return/cancellation under promotions/offers/end of season sale (EOSS)

2. Defective/incorrect product replacement

a. You notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped product within 7 days of receipt of the product. You can either email our Customer Service team at [insert email id]; or call us on [insert number].

b. You send the defective/incorrect product back to us within 7 – 10 days of the time from the date of your intimation to return the products.

c. To return the product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team. Our team will in turn arrange a suitable time with our courier partner for pickup which shall be within 7 -10 days from the date of your intimation to return the Products. Please note that if you have agreed a time for pick up with our customer support team, you shall put your best efforts to make yourself available at the agreed time for pickup of the product. We shall make three (3) attempts to collect the product from your address after which if the courier repeatedly fails to find you at the address for all the three times, there will be a Rs. 50 charge on you for every attempt after the third time to collect the products from you which we would recover from you at the time of collecting the product from you.

d. The product returned to us should meet the following specifications:

i. Must have the invoice.

ii. have all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

iii. be in an unused/sellable condition.

e. As soon as we have received the product, if all the above requirements are in order, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.

f. In the event that the product received back by us does not meet the specifications above, or any of the below apply, then the product cannot be replaced:

i. product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse.

ii. product has a manufacturing defect, but has been used.

iii. product has been tampered with.

g. In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit or a full cash refund.

h. In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund either via the card you paid (for card payments) or via cheque or via NEFT for which you need to provide your bank details for enabling us to process the same. Please note that any request for refund shall be processed in accordance with Clause 5 below, whether or not we have received the product back from you. In such an event, if the product returned is not as per the specifications provided above, we shall have a right to claim the refund amount from you along with such any other charges as may be due and payable by you under this Policy.

i. You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part (s) of the purchase. Needless to say, we can offer to replace only product(s) purchased on the Store.

j. Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the product (s) was damaged in transit to you only if informed us within 7 days of receipt of the product(s)

3. Return/cancellation of a product you no longer want

You can cancel an order in one of two ways.

a. If you cancel an order by calling us, before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount.

b. If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following:

i. If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support team and inform them of the same.

ii. If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the product, you can refuse the delivery of the product (i.e. do not accept the package) and return the product through the same courier.

iii. If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (i.e. return the product), then please follow the steps as mentioned in point (d) below.

c. You can return any product that you have received as long as the:

i. product(s) is unused and contains invoice.

ii. the product is retuned in its original condition i.e. the product(s) is returned to us with all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

d. You need to inform us of your intention to return the item to us within 7 days from the receipt of the product to you. To return the product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team. Our team will in turn arrange a suitable time with our courier partner for pickup which shall be within 7-10 days from the date of your intimation to return the products. Please note that if you have agreed a time for pick up you shall put your best efforts to make yourself available at the agreed time for pickup of the product. You will receive a refund of the amount you paid either online you paid for (for card payments and net banking) or via cheque or via NEFT for which you need to provide your bank details for enabling us to process the same. Please note that any request for refund shall be processed in accordance with Clause 5 below, whether or not we have received the product back from you. In such an event, if the product returned is not as per the specifications provided above, we shall have a right to claim the refund amount from you along with such any other charges as may be due and payable by you under this Policy.

4. Return/Cancellation under Promotions/Offers/End of Season Sale (EOSS)

a. In case of full return of products the entire paid amount would be refunded.

5. About Refunds

When we receive a request for cancellation or return of an item from you, refunds are issued to you through following payment methods within the time frame as mentioned below:

**Please note that the additional time as aforementioned is the time taken by your bank to credit the refund to your account. And in case of cheques, it’s the time taken by the courier service for delivery of cheque to you.

6. Refund via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)

a. Refunds can be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) after we have received your written confirmation for initiating the transaction. For the aforesaid purposes, you will be required to provide us the following information via email for enabling the transaction:

b. You acknowledge that the Information provided by you for facilitating refunds via NEFT amounts to a “sensitive personal data or information” under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and that by providing us with the Information, you agree and acknowledge the purpose for which the Information is being collected and our use and disclosure of your Information (to any third party if required) in accordance with the terms as set out in this policy.

c. You agree that we shall initiate the refund via NEFT only when we have received a written confirmation from you through email for facilitating such a transaction.

d. You agree to provide true and complete Information and shall keep the Information updated to keep it true and complete at all times. You further agree that the remittance of refund amount made to the bank account as per the Information provide by you shall release us from our refund obligation and we shall have no further liability whatsoever, with regard to the same. In the event that the Information provided by you is inaccurate or deficient, you agree that you shall have no claim against us.

e. In the event the Information provided by you is found to be inaccurate or deficient, the refund time frame as provided under Clause 5 via NEFT shall not be applicable on us.

f. If you have any discrepancies or grievances or questions with respect to Information provided by you, please contact our grievance officer at the following address:
